"Rangers" team coach Steven Gerrard is not surprised that the "Man City" team does not want to loan out promising midfielder Phil Foden.
Called one of England's brightest talents, the 19-year-old is currently struggling to break into the "City" lineup, but coach Josep Guardiola does not want to let him go.
"I don't think Pep will let him go anywhere," said S.Gerrard, immediately denying rumors that he tried to invite Phil Foden to his club.
The Englishman also commented on matters related to the "Rangers" club and believes that changes may still occur on the last day of the transfer window.
"Players could leave the team. We are trying to help players who want to try their luck at other clubs and be loaned out to gain playing experience. We could also receive 1-2 newcomers," said S.Gerrard.
