"Sheffield United" signed a six-month contract with experienced "Premier League" defender Jack Rodwell.
The versatile player has not played in the top division of the country since the 2016-17 season when "Sunderland" was relegated to the "Championship" league.
J. Rodwell has been plagued by injuries in recent years, but "Sheffield Utd" still decided to sign him. He did not play any games for a club this season.
Last season, J. Rodwell wore the jersey of "Blackburn Rovers" team, making 22 appearances and scoring one goal.
"Sheffield Utd" is currently in eighth position in the "Premier League.
