It is already clear that after the unsuccessful season with London's "Arsenal", longtime team coach Arsene Wenger will say goodbye.
The Frenchman, who started managing the "Arsenal" club in 1996, officially announced a few weeks ago that his career with the "Gunners" is over, so "Arsenal" will have to do what they haven't done for many years - look for a new coach.
The list of candidates is huge, but according to "Sky Sports" data, an unexpected name may take over as the "Arsenal" coach - Bosnian Željko Buvač, who has been working with Jurgen Klopp for many years.
It is claimed that the team's recruitment manager, Sven Mislintat, promises to start negotiations with the 56-year-old specialist. One of the "Arsenal" executives is familiar with this coach - S. Mislintat worked for many years in Borussia Dortmund, where J. Klopp and Ž. Buvač coached together.
Ž. Buvač recently parted ways with J. Klopp. It is said that the Bosnian left his position as "Liverpool" assistant coach before the end of the season, but it is possible that he will not return to it.
