"Manchester City" player Samir Nasri assures that the new team manager Manuel Pellegrini reminds him of Arsene Wenger. The French national team member also talked about tough moments in Manchester, but according to the footballer, everything got better when Pellegrini arrived. "Last year was difficult for me. I had to go through unpleasant situations, but this summer I regained confidence and strengthened mentally", the midfielder emphasized. "Now it's much easier for me. Everything changed when Manuel arrived at the club. This coach is a great person and he reminds me of Wenger. Their approach is almost the same. It's pleasant to communicate with both coaches, they always demand the maximum from the players, which is definitely a good thing", added the Frenchman. It was in 2011 when S. Nasri left London's "Arsenal" and moved to "Man City". In less than three seasons, the 26-year-old midfielder played 93 games and scored 13 goals.
