AC Milan leader Wesley Sneijder has admitted that he would like to move to a club that is awaiting the career end of Paul Scholes.
The 27-year-old Dutch national team player also stated that unofficial talks about this deal are already taking place.
When asked if he would be interested in continuing his career with the English champions, the attacking midfielder told "Nos.nl" portal: "Yes, but there has been no official approach from Man Utd yet. It has only been talked about unofficially.
The situation currently is that I am still an Inter player and there is a high chance that nothing will change until August 31. But there are possibilities that I might leave."
He continued: "Agreements depend not on me, but on the club. I think Inter has made it clear enough: if a good offer is received, I will be sold. There is still enough time to think everything over."
Last season in the Italian championship, Sneijder scored four goals in 25 matches and made five assists.
