Soccer stars collided - whose goal was more beautiful? (VIDEO) © EuroFootball.com

Current director of the Machačkalos "Anži" football team, Brazilian Roberto Carlos, decided not to stay silent - in his opinion, the goal recently scored by the Swede Zlatan Ibrahimović into the England national team's goal is not the real masterpiece. Brazilian insists that his scored goal should be considered the most beautiful goal of all time.

"Of course, Zlatan's goal is great. Not every football player can score such goals. The Swede scored a great goal into his own goal, but my scored goal is much more difficult. After all, the ball was rolling very fast and was about to leave the field. Therefore, my goal is much better than Z. Ibrahimović's. Also, when Zlatan took the shot, the goalkeeper was out of the goal, but in my case - he was standing in the goal," Carlos told the South American press.

Meanwhile, to the European media Z. Ibrahimović said that a more beautiful goal than his is unlikely to ever be scored.

"He was rightly called a masterpiece," the Swede said jokingly.

After Ibrahimović's goal on November 14, the Swedes celebrated a final victory against the English in a friendly match 4:2, while R. Carlos scored his great goal into the "Tenerife" club's goal on February 21, 1998.
