Yesterday (Sunday) the last matches of the 19th round of the French "Ligue 1" championship were played, in which "Nantes" and "Sochaux" teams met.
After the 20th minute, the players of "Nantes" broke through the first goal scored by Nicola Savinaud, but their joy did not last long - already after 8 minutes, the Brazilian Ilan from "Sochaux" equalized the score.
At the end of the first half, the same Ilan scored another goal and put his team in the lead. However, "Nantes" did not give up after conceding a goal and managed to equalize the score as the second half approached the end - this was done by Emerse Fae in the 86th minute.
The match ended in a draw 2-2. After these tied matches, "Sochaux" temporarily regained the 11th place they lost, while "Nantes" moved up from 17th place to 16th place.
