Solskjaer: "Youth still lacks experience of such matches"

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, after the dramatically ended draw with Sheffield United, stated that the main thing missing for the Manchester United team is experience.

On Sunday, in the only Premier League match, Man Utd overturned a two-goal deficit and turned the result in their favor - 3:2. However, in the 90th minute, Sheffield United found gaps in the visitors' defense and leveled the score to 3:3.

"In football, you have to earn the right to win the match, and we didn't have that right until the 70th minute," - said Solskjaer after the match.

"The guys are still young, they surely have the desire, maybe it's more about confidence. For example, Andreas Pereira and Fred played together for the first time.

"I liked how we reacted after the second Sheffield United goal. I have no doubts that the team wants to win, but the youngsters don't yet know how to overcome such hurdles, so we have to learn from these matches.

"Last year, having a two-goal deficit, we often gave up, but this time it was the opposite and it's a huge step forward," - said the coach.

Manchester United currently occupies the 9th position in the Premier League after 13 matches.
