"Southampton" midfielder Mario Lemina wants to leave: "My goal is to play in top clubs"

Mario Lemina should leave the "Southampton" team this summer, and "Manchester United" has already shown interest in the footballer.

The 25-year-old midfielder informed the team's coach Ralph Hasenhuttl about his desire to leave the team and is preparing separately from the main group of players.

M. Lemina, who has been recovering from a significant injury for a large part of last season, revealed in an interview with "France Football" that he wants to stay in the Premier League and is ready to play for one of the big clubs.

"I am improving my physical condition at the training center, but I am not joining the team. We made this decision together with the coach, who wants to gather a group of players who want to stay in the club, so I stayed out," said M. Lemina.

"I would like to stay in the Premier League, but I am open to all clubs from any championship. My goal is to play in big clubs," M. Lemina confessed.

Last season, the midfielder managed to play 23 matches within the ranks of "Southampton" and scored one goal.
