On Tuesday, the 2012 Old Continent qualifiers took place all over Europe.

Italy and Spain became the second and third countries after Germany to secure their ticket to the final stage.

Italians after a tough battle and a late goal by Giampaolo Pazzini at home defeated Slovenia 1-0.

A much easier evening was for the Spaniards, who crushed Liechtenstein 6-0 in Group I. Lithuania, competing in this group, lost 0-1 to Scotland.

Only victories so far for the Netherlands, who beat Finland 2-0 in Group E. However, they are still one point away from securing the first place.

In Group D, Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated Belarus 1-0 and took advantage of the draw between the French national team and Romania. Currently, the Bosnians are just one point behind the leader "Les Bleus".

In Group H, Denmark moved up to second place with two goals from Nicklas Bendtner, defeating neighbor Norway. Both Danes, Norwegians, and Portuguese currently have 13 points each, but Norway has played one match less.

Croatia became the leader of Group F, defeating Israel 3-1 and drawing with Greece 1-1.
