On Friday, the new 2018-19 season of "La Liga" championship started in Spain.
The first to enter the battle were the players of "Girona" and "Real Valladolid" clubs. The league newcomers from Valladolid passed their first test - away they did not give in to "Girona" team, which demonstrated quite good results last season.
"Girona" dominated in these matches - they had ball control on their side and created several dangerous opportunities, while the opponents only managed to make two shots towards the goal in 90 minutes.
In the other unexpected match, Seville's "Real Betis" suffered a crushing defeat at home. Valencia's "Levante" won over the Andalusians with a score of 3:0.
Jose Morales added two goals for the winners, while Marti Roger added another goal.
Tomorrow, the champion "Barcelona" will start in the "La Liga" championship, playing at home against "Deportivo Alaves".
