"Sparta" dismissed former "Inter" coach

n the renowned Italian club, the experience acquired did not help Andrea Stramaccioni to stay in the position of coach of Prague's "Sparta".

The well-known Czech club officially announced the dismissal of the specialist.

The 42-year-old Italian had been working in the "Sparta" team since last summer and was tasked with competing for the championship title with the teams of Plzen's "Viktoria" and Prague's "Slavia".

However, A. Stramaccioni's wards currently occupy only the fifth place, trailing the leaders by 14 points.

The last straw that broke the patience of the "Sparta" leaders was the 1-1 draw with Brno club last weekend, which played without one player.

Due to poor results, manager Leonidas Vokolosas, assistant coaches Roberto Muzzi and Omar Danesi, fitness trainers Federico Pannoncini, Stefano Campari, and analyst Vincenzo Sasso were also dismissed.

In the past, A. Stramaccioni has worked in the Milan "Inter" team.
