On Tuesday evening, reports appeared in the Spanish media that the Catalan club reached an agreement with San Sebastian's "Real Sociedad" for the acquisition of Willian Jose. RTVE reported that "Barcelona" agreed to pay 35 million euros for the 28-year-old forward. However, the newspaper "Sport" distributed contradictory information - negotiations with "La Real" are close to collapse, as "Barca" assessed that W. Jose is simply too expensive for them. Since 2016, W. Jose has been playing in San Sebastian and this winter he was also of interest to London's "Tottenham".
