"St Pauli" director: Mourinho talks rubbish and should step down

After the draw between "Manchester United" and "Sevilla", coach Jose Mourinho did not miss the opportunity to criticize the technical director of Hamburg's "St Pauli", Ewald Lienen.

The "Red Devils" manager received a lot of criticism for the defensive performance, during which his team only shot six times on goal, while the opponents had more than 20 shots.

After the match, the Portuguese coach insisted that the game was even and that statistics don't mean anything, but Lienen doesn't think these words are justified.

"If I ever speak such nonsense as a coach, I would simply resign," the former "Hannover" strategist told "Sky Deutschland".

"His explanations are an insult to anyone who loves football. If he has enough money but can no longer be concerned, he should just step down."

However, the 0-0 result is certainly not bad for "Man United" and they have excellent chances to progress to the next stage of the Champions League.
