In the French "Ligue 1" championship, the "Metz" club at home, with a score of 2:3, lost to the "Stade Rennais" team.

The hosts were brought forward in the 17th minute by the excellent Georgian Georges Mikautadze, who had a great season in the match. Goal scorer Amine Gouiri equalized the score in the 23rd minute. Papa Amadou Diallo once again brought the "Metz" team forward in the 45th minute.

In the 73rd minute, right back Benjamin Bourigeaud equalized the score by converting a penalty kick from 11 meters. In the 90+3 minute, Arnaud Kalimuendo expanded the victory for the "Stade Rennais" club.

In the 90+5 minute, the author of the first goal, G. Mikautadze, received a red card.

After the victory, "Stade Rennais" temporarily climbs to the 7th place, while "Metz" is ranked in the 16th position.
