"Steering wheel of the "Lyon" team - in the hands of Brazilians"

The "Lyon" club, which finished third in the French championship, will have a new head coach and sports director.

The team's president Jean-Michel Aulas revealed that he reached an agreement with the assistant coach of the Brazilian national team, Sylvinho, who will become the team's strategist next season.

In addition, the legendary Brazilian Juninho, who defended the colors of "Lyon" from 2001-2009 and won the "Ligue 1" championship seven times in a row, will return to the team.

Sylvinho, who will take the place of Victor Genesio, has previously played for London's "Arsenal", "Barcelona", and "Man City" clubs, but has not yet worked as a head coach.

"He is talented and ambitious. We had to make an effort to convince the Brazilian because he had many other offers," explained Aulas.
