Rumors have spread in the Spanish press that Madrid's "Real" team vice-captain Sergio Ramos cannot reach a compromise regarding a new contract.

One of Madrid's main newspapers, "AS," reports that Florentino Perez has already presented new contract conditions to the 29-year-old footballer, but they do not satisfy the Spaniard.

It is believed that S. Ramos wants to earn several million euros more. This disagreement could be resolved by increasing the center-back's salary.

S. Ramos, whose current contract is valid until 2017, has been linked to London's "Chelsea," "Man Utd," and "Man City" teams.

Since 2005, the defender who has been playing in Madrid is valued in the player market at approximately 50-60 million euros.
