While football fans are holding their breath waiting to see how Lionel Messi's transfer to another club will end, "Stuttgart" fans are not sitting with folded hands. It is reported that fans of the German club have started collecting money for the acquisition of the "Barcelona" leader. L. Messi's contract with the Catalans includes a whopping 700 million euros buyout clause, but that doesn't scare the Germans. On the "GoFundMe" platform, they are trying to raise as much as 900 million euros – part of which would go towards the forward's salary. However, at least for now, "Stuttgart's" goal seems as distant as a mirage – to gather 489 euros. If fans end up empty-handed and fail to acquire L. Messi, the donated euros will be transferred to a charity organization that strives to ensure water quality worldwide.
