During the „Ligue 1“ match that took place on Sunday evening, the championship leaders PSG were defeated by the closest pursuers „Lens“ with a score of 3:1.
Both teams started the match by scoring a quick goal each. The hosts took the lead in the 5th minute with a goal by Przemyslaw Frankowski, but PSG striker Hugo Ekitike responded with his own goal just 3 minutes later.
„Lens“ regained their advantage in the 28th minute. After a pass from Seko Fofana, Luis Openda beat the opponents' goalkeeper.
Scoring the goal, Openda made a great pass in the 47th minute to his teammate Alexis Claude-Maurice, who confidently sent the ball into the bottom left corner of the goal.
After these matches, the PSG team is still at the top of the league table, but they are now only 4 points ahead of the „Lens“ footballers below them on the ladder.
