Surprises in France: "Monaco" sidelined T. Henry

Experiencing a real crisis this season, "Monaco" might be forced to replace their second team coach in less than half a year.

On the official website of "Monaco," an unexpected announcement was released stating that Thierry Henry, who took over the team in October, has been temporarily relieved of his coaching duties.

The announcement states that T. Henry will not return to the coaching position until both parties reach a mutual decision.

For some time now, there have been speculations in the media that the legendary Frenchman is not satisfied with the team and has requested strengthening in the January transfer window, but so far has only received Cesco Fabregas.

It is added that on Friday, the team's training will be led by one of the club's coaches, Franck Passi.

T. Henry replaced Leonardo Jardim within the Monaco team. The Frenchman did not bring positive changes to the team - they are currently in almost last place in the "Ligue 1" championship, and just a few days ago experienced a defeat in the French Cup.
