Swedish national team coach: Germans behaved dishonorably after a victorious goal (VIDEO)

On Saturday, in the dramatic match, the current world champion Germany escaped in the last seconds, defeating Swedish footballers 2:1. Toni Kroos scored the winning goal already aiming for the last seconds of the match, which caused a huge outburst of emotions among the Germans, as reported on lrytas.lt website.

After the end of the match, several members of the German delegation started demonstratively clapping and knocking on the door of the Swedish team's locker room. This caused a conflict and mutual outrage from representatives of both teams.

"The Germans started showing all kinds of gestures towards us, and it really made me angry, our whole team was upset. We fought for 90 minutes with the Germans and at the end of the match they should be shaking hands with us. Naturally, we are very upset about their reaction," said Sweden's national team coach Janne Andersson about the outrage.

However, the Swedes have more reasons to be very dissatisfied. In the match, in the 12th minute, the referee from Poland, Szymon Marciniak, seems to have made a significant mistake by not awarding a penalty kick to the German national team for a foul on Marcus Berg.

The Polish referee did not notice German Jerome Boateng's foul on the Swedish Marcus Berg, who had escaped into a confrontation with the goalkeeper. S. Marciniak did not use the video review system (VAR).

"I haven't seen that moment myself yet, but other members of our team said after watching the video footage that there was a clear foul and a penalty kick should have been awarded. The referee was so confident that he didn't even use the VAR system. This is the most painful defeat of my entire life," said J. Andersson.

Boateng himself received his second yellow card in the 82nd minute and was sent off the match, and will have to miss the next game.

In the last match of the third round of Group F, Germany will play against South Korea, while Sweden will face the Mexican national team.
