20-year-old Trent Alexander-Arnold is experiencing a dizzying period - the Englishman, who came through the "Liverpool" system, won his first trophies with his childhood club.
Having played an important role in the team since last season, the defender has already played in his second UEFA Champions League final. This time, both he and the team were more successful - "Liverpool" finally clinched the trophies.
"I'm just an ordinary boy from Liverpool whose dreams have come true," the footballer said after the final.
"It's hard to put into words how I feel at the moment. After the season we had, I think we deserved the trophy more than anyone else. We dominated in this final and created something special," the Englishman continued the conversation.
When asked about the final match itself, which was quite boring for many viewers, Alexander-Arnold replied: "When we look back at this final again, we won't remember that it was boring. We will remember that we became champions."
