For London's "Chelsea" fans there is very little left to wait for - the "blues" have reached an agreement with "Monaco" for the sale of 22-year-old midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Reliable sources indicate that "Chelsea" and "Monaco" agreed on a transfer fee of 45 million euros. The promising Frenchman will arrive in London tomorrow and undergo a medical examination.
T. Bakayoko has been one of "Chelsea" main transfer targets all summer. Just a few days ago, news unexpectedly surfaced that "Manchester United" would snatch the midfielder from "Chelsea", but the "blues" won the battle for the footballer.
T. Bakayoko, who joined Monaco in 2014, was one of the standout players for the club last season, contributing to their triumph in the "Ligue 1" championship.
The Frenchman, who plays in a defensive and central midfielder position, appeared 51 times on the pitch last year and scored three goals.
