Thibaut Courtois lit up the green light for the Madrid "Real" team - the Belgian confirmed in a given interview that he dreams of returning to the Spanish capital.
The future of the 25-year-old footballer at London's "Chelsea" club has been unclear for some time. He is being courted by Madrid "Real", and the goalkeeper himself has mentioned more than once that he will definitely return to this capital one day.
In an interview with "Foot/Sport Magazine", the Belgian said: "If Madrid "Real" wants me, they have to contact "Chelsea". My situation is such that I am open to negotiations here. My two children live with their mother in Madrid. Family is very important to me, so my heart is in Madrid."
"I know that I will only return to Spain when the opportunity arises. I can only say that there have been no negotiations yet, but one thing is clear - I will definitely return to Madrid, which I love so much. Three years at Atletico club was a period when I became attached to life here.
"I understand the speculations that come up from time to time. I know that there is talk about a new goalkeeper there (at Real), but I try to remain focused on Chelsea and pay little attention to it."
T. Courtois has a contract with Chelsea until 2019.
