T. Deeney: 'Just get rid of Antony, he is of no use'

Former long-time Watford club striker Troy Deeney stated that he does not understand why Antony is still part of the Manchester United team:

"Man United needs to distance themselves from Antony.”

I don’t want to make him a scapegoat, but to be honest, it’s so uncomfortable to watch the Brazilian. He’s not running, he’s not sprinting, and he’s not adding any value to the team. Just get rid of him.”

The Manchester United club was eliminated 3-4 in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals against London’s Tottenham.
