Former defender of Madrid's "Real" club and nearing the end of his career after the European Championship, Toni Kroos shared his thoughts after winning the UEFA Champions League title:

"It's an amazing ending, just the kind of ending I always dreamed of. Thank you all, really."

This is the 6th Champions League trophy for the German defender. One of them was won by the 34-year-old player with the Munich "Bayern" team.

These were also Toni Kroos' last games with Madrid's "Real" team.
