T. Muller: C. Ancelotti should not be a scapegoat

Due to poor results of the Munich "Bayern" team, Carlo Ancelotti was dismissed from the position of the coach.

The Italian received a lot of criticism from experts and no less from former players who were not afraid to criticize the former coach. Before C. Ancelotti's dismissal, it was announced that several key Bayern players were very unhappy with his methods and expressed this behind the scenes.

Currently, "Bayern" is trailing Dortmund's "Borussia" team by five points, but one of the team's leaders, Thomas Muller, does not believe that all the blame should fall on the Italian.

"A large part of these difficulties are due to the team, which is in a mess and does not perform as people expect from them. We must be realistic about this and not think that Carlo Ancelotti is a scapegoat," said the German.

Although Jupp Heynckes is already working with the team, T. Muller reassured fans and said that they should not expect a sudden improvement in the game.

"We must be very careful about our goals, as we may have to throw them back into the trash. We will not suddenly start playing space soccer. There will definitely be matches after which people will criticize us severely," he said.
