London's "Arsenal" forward Theo Walcott hopes that his teammate Alexis Sanchez, who opened his scoring account for the season with a hat-trick against "Leicester City", will continue to demonstrate excellent athletic form.
Until last weekend's match, the Chilean had not scored against opponents' goalkeepers even once, despite leading in shots in the entire Premier League.
"Alexis is a top-class player and even when he doesn't score goals, he works hard for the team," Walcott told the club's official website.
"I am sure he will once again show great performance and score many important goals."
"This has been brewing for a long time, he knew it himself. But now he is very happy."
Walcott himself performed well in Saturday's match. The Englishman added that it was one of his best games since recovering from a knee injury.
