Last week it was announced that RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner officially became a Chelsea football player in London. The 24-year-old German will still help his team finish in the Bundesliga, but will no longer participate in the Champions League knockout matches. Football finance specialist Kieran Maguire revealed more information about the deal. According to the Brit, RB Leipzig alone received 52 million pounds sterling, another 12 million pounds sterling went to the player's agent Karlheinz Forster. The athlete will be paid 45 million pounds sterling over five years, so the total expenses of the deal will reach 109 million pounds sterling.
