London's "Chelsea" club strategist Jose Mourinho has confirmed that goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois will stay in the English capital next season.
Having spent the last three seasons with "Atletico," the Belgian is likely to compete with Petr Cech, although he himself would prefer to play regularly.
Nevertheless, J. Mourinho promises not to loan out the 22-year-old goalkeeper to another team next season: "Right after the end of the World Cup, Courtois will return straight to Stamford Bridge. End of story."
During his time with the Madrid club, T.Courtois won the Spanish championship, UEFA Europa League, Spanish King's Cup, and UEFA Super Cup once, becoming one of the most reliable goalkeepers in all of Europe.
