Ten of the 20 Premier League clubs will be allowed a restricted number of fans back into stadiums when current lockdown rules end on December 2. On Thursday, it was revealed that less than a week after the lockdown in the UK was lifted, ten teams' stadiums will be in the second COVID-19 zone, where up to 2,000 spectators can attend sports events. The privilege will be extended to Liverpool, Everton, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Brighton, Crystal Palace, Fulham, Southampton, and West Ham United clubs. Meanwhile, Manchester City, Manchester United, Aston Villa, Burnley, Leeds, Leicester, Newcastle, Sheffield United, West Bromwich Albion, and Wolves teams will continue to play their home matches in empty stadiums. For now, only home team fans will be allowed to attend matches.
