The Grozny club dismissed legendary Dutchman Ruud Gullit from the position of head coach.
The 48-year-old specialist took up the job in January, but due to poor results, he was given an ultimatum on Tuesday to win against Perm's "Amkar".
However, "Terek" conceded a goal in the last minute and lost 0-1.
"Gullit has been dismissed. The team led by him played exceptionally poorly," said Chechen president and "Terek" director Ramzan Kadyrov to "Interfax".
In 13 matches, the Grozny team managed to win only three games and currently occupies 14th place out of 16 clubs in the standings. The goal before the season was to break into the top eight.
