The African Cup final drama ended with triumph of the Ivory Coast national team.

On Sunday evening, the final of the 2015 African Cup of Nations took place in Equatorial Guinea. The two strongest teams of the Black Continent - Ivory Coast and Ghana - clashed in the final. After an impressive penalty shootout, Ivory Coast's footballers triumphed in the tournament. During the regular match time, neither team managed to score a goal and the game went into extra time, where viewers also did not see any precise shots into the goal. Nevertheless, the impressive penalty shootout overshadowed the unproductive match. In total, both teams took 11 shots from the penalty mark, and the hero of the series was Ivory Coast's goalkeeper Boubacar Barry. The last time the Ivory Coast national team became African champions was in 1992. Result: Ivory Coast 0-0 Ghana (penalty shootout: 9-8)
