The line-ups of the last World Cup in Germany have been announced. The final lists of 23 players were submitted by Iran, Saudi Arabia, Togo, and Costa Rica.

These four teams are considered outsiders of the tournament, but any team could provide a surprise if the circumstances are favorable, as there are enough strong players in all teams to do so.

Iran has a decent chance of advancing to the next stage, competing in one of the weakest groups with clear group leaders Portugal, Mexico, and Angola.

Saudi Arabia will have to play against Tunisia, Andriy Shevchenko's Ukraine, and Spain.

Togo will face three evenly matched opponents - South Korea, Switzerland, and France.

However, perhaps the most hopeful team to advance to the next stage is Costa Rica, playing against Germany, Poland, and Ecuador.
