The approaching Champions League "Leicester" promises to splash in the summer

As the club approaches the UEFA Champions League spot, ambitious owners of "Leicester City" from Thailand are planning to seriously work in the player market this summer, reports the English newspaper "Daily Mirror". Currently leading the Premier League, the "foxes" surpass "Manchester United" in fifth position by 12 points, so it seems likely that the team will indeed make it to the top four. For occupying a high position and television broadcasts, the club should earn around 87 million pounds sterling. In case of triumph, "Leicester" would receive an additional 91 million. For comparison, last season's English champion, London's "Chelsea," earned 99 million due to their sports results and displayed matches. In addition, entering the group stage of the Champions League, where automatic qualification is guaranteed by the third position in the Premier League, "Leicester" would receive at least an additional 10 million pounds sterling. Therefore, the "foxes" will be able to allocate a significant portion of their budget to new purchases, adding to the 100 million sum. Together with new signings, the Leicester team promises to extend contracts with their leaders, as they recently did by keeping Jamie Vardy. Initially, the priority will be to secure the future of Riyad Mahrez, Wes Morgan, Danny Simpson, and Kasper Schmeichel. Meanwhile, on the player market, the team is linked with Moscow's CSKA sniper Ahmed Musa and Kiev's "Dynamo" defender Aleksandr Dragović.
