Every transfer window, the biggest clubs in the world widely open their wallets.

The acquisition of newcomers costing millions has long ceased to amaze fans and has become a daily reality.

The "CIES Football Observatory" decided to calculate which clubs in the world have spent the most money over the past decade.

At the top of the list are three Premier League teams – Chelsea (€2.78 billion), Manchester City (€1.96 billion), and Manchester United (€1.95 billion).

The biggest spenders in world football over the last decade:

  2. Manchester City - €1.96 billion
  3. Manchester United - €1.95 billion
  4. Paris Saint Germain - €1.90 billion
  5. Juventus - €1.77 billion
  6. Barcelona - €1.67 billion
  7. Tottenham Hotspur - €1.41 billion
  8. Arsenal - €1.40 billion
  9. Atletico Madrid - €1.24 billion
  10. Liverpool - €1.24 billion
  11. Bayern Munich - €1.20 billion
  12. Real Madrid - €1.16 billion
  13. West Ham United - €1.10 billion
  14. AC Milan - €1.07 billion
  15. Inter Milan - €1.07 billion
