UEFA Champions League continues to delight football fans with great matches.
On Wednesday, in the first leg of the quarterfinals, Paris Saint-Germain hosted Barcelona at home.
In a thrilling and goal-filled match, Barcelona emerged victorious with a score of 3:2.
The hosts were more active at the beginning of the match, but O. Dembele and M. Asensio's attempts to score ended in failure.
In the middle of the first half, L. Yamalis tried to slide in, but his shot was cleared off the goal line by a defender.
The first goal of the match came in the 37th minute - Raphinha's unstoppable shot gave the visitors a fragile lead (1:0).
The second half began with attacks from PSG, which were crowned with two goals. First, O. Dembele sent the ball into the net between three defenders (48 min.), and moments later Vitinha took his chance as well (2:1).
The visitors didn't falter - after a substitution, Pedri immediately provided a great pass to Raphinha who leveled the score (2:2).
That was not the last goal of the match - in the 77th minute, A. Christensen headed the ball into the net from a corner kick (3:2).
The second leg will be played on April 16 in Barcelona.
