Yesterday evening the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round match in Romania went well for the Cluj CFR team represented by Giedrius Arlauskis.
The hosts defeated Tel Aviv's "Maccabi" 1-0 (22 min. B.Omrani) and thus eliminated the possibility of their visit to Lithuania.
G.Arlauskis played the entire match.
The second leg match will be played in Israel on July 30.
The loser of this tie will compete in the third qualifying round of the Europa League against Marijampolė's "Sūduva", which only needs to complete formalities against San Marino's "Tre Penne".
