After meeting, the extraordinary cases committee of the Lithuanian Football Federation approved the teams participating in the LFF I, LFF II, and Women's A League championships.
It should be noted that after the appeals licensing committee, the LFF I league received licenses for 18 teams, and the LFF II league - 14 teams. According to articles 40 and 42 of the LFF statutes, the number of teams was equalized in both leagues and both leagues will compete with 16 teams.
