Warsaw fans will once again be able to support their team without interruption - after a three-year conflict between club leaders and fans, an agreement has finally been reached and a contract has been signed.

The fans of the capital team "Legia", known for their hooligan behavior but also for their vivid and chanting support, have not been able to attend matches since the summer of 2007, when they caused riots with the police in Vilnius during an "Intertoto" Cup match against "Vėtra".

"Legia" leaders banned more than a thousand fans from attending matches at the stadium and traveling with the team to away games. These sanctions did not stop the fans - they followed the team, but had to settle in the home stands.

However, after building a new stadium with around 35 thousand seats and facing the threat of it being empty, the new club leaders began to seek a compromise and finally reached it.

From now on, fans will not only be able to freely attend matches, but will also have their own stand, called "Skustuvu" ("Zyleta").
