Goal.com managed to find out the details of the future contract. City's close journalist Sam Lee informs that K. De Bruyne will sign a new six-year contract.
After putting his signature on the new contract, the Belgian will receive a weekly salary of 300,000 euros, amounting to 10 million euros per year.
After signing the new contract, K. De Bruyne will also become the highest-paid player at the club, surpassing the current top earners Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure.
The Belgian national team midfielder scored seven goals and provided 11 assists in 24 matches played for the English team this season.
