Recently, the Sao Paulo "Portuguesa" team, which has been playing very poorly lately, faced a very unique fan protest - after yet another failure, they were left without dinner.
The club, competing in the second division of the state, has only managed to win one game in their last five matches.
Now, at home, they lost 3-0 to the "Oeste" footballers, so the fans decided to take matters into their own hands.
Near the "Portuguesa" stadium, they stopped the pizzas that were supposed to be delivered to the players and offered the delivery person 300 Brazilian reals to hand over the food. The delivery person, of course, agreed.
Some fans later shared photos of their feast and told local journalists that "it was just too much".
"They didn’t play at all, and on top of that, they still want to eat?" - added a disappointed enthusiast.
However, the situation did not seem funny to "Portuguesa" themselves, as the incident was reported to the police.
