In the first half, five goals were scored - "Bayer" took the lead first, but "Hannover" managed to turn the score in their favor. The score was equalized in the 25th minute, but at the end of the half, Klaus restored the lead with a goal.

In the second half, "Bayer" took the lead again with a goal by Leon Bailey in the 67th minute, making it 4-3. However, in the 83rd minute, the hosts scored their fourth goal and equalized the score.

In another match, "Leipzig" suffered a strange defeat at home against Berlin's "Hertha". The opponents took the lead in the 5th minute, but in the 7th minute, one of their players was sent off the field.
