On Thursday, after drawing lots for the FIFA Club World Cup, it became clear that the teams considered favorites can only meet in the tournament final.

The matchup between these clubs is already causing quite a buzz, as Brazil's team is represented by Neymar, who recently signed a new contract with "Santos" and is linked to many powerful European teams.

The UEFA Champions League winner "Barcelona" will start the tournament right from the semifinals, facing the winner of the first quarterfinal match. The match will be between the Tunisian club "Esperance" and "Al Sadd" from Qatar.

"Santos" will also start the tournament from the semifinals, with potential opponents being either the CONCACAF Cup winner "Monterrey" from Mexico or the New Zealand club "Auckland City." However, the latter will first have to overcome a team from Japan in the opening match.

The FIFA Club World Cup will take place in Yokohama, Japan from December 8-18.

"Barcelona" has played in this tournament twice before. In 2006, they were defeated 0-1 by Brazil's "Internacional," and in 2009, Josep Guardiola's team won the trophy, becoming the first club in the world to win all possible trophies in a single calendar year.

That time, "Barcelona" defeated La Plata's "Estudiantes" from Argentina 2-1 after extra time in a fierce battle.
