In Sunday evening's Bundesliga match, Berlin's "Union" defeated Dortmund's "Borussia" team at home with a score of 2:0.
Both goals of the match came in the first half. In the 8th minute, the hosts took the lead thanks to a catastrophic mistake by the opponents' goalkeeper Gregor Kobel, which was capitalized on by Janik Haberer.
Janik Haberer scored a double in the 21st minute. He excellently sent the ball to the bottom left corner of the goal, making the score 2-0.
In the second half, the visitors controlled the ball, but they failed to convert it into at least one goal.
After these matches, "Union" secured the top position in the standings. They have five points more than the "Freiburg" team below them. Meanwhile, the Dortmund team is currently in ninth place.
