On Sunday evening, a few moments from Cristiano Ronaldo's interview with well-known English journalist Piers Morgan were made public.
In his conversation with Piers Morgan, the Portuguese forward spoke very openly and even "burned" quite a few bridges with his statements, including his relationship with "Manchester United" and certain former colleagues.
"Manchester United" tried to push me out of the club. Not only the coach (Ralf Rangnick), but also other guys who worked at the club. I felt betrayed," - the 37-year-old striker talked about the situation at the club.
"I felt as if some people didn't want to see me at Manchester United, not only this year, but also last season.

About R. Rangnick, the football legend commented: "If you have never been a coach, how can you be the boss of Manchester United? I have never even heard of him."
About Rooney: "Wayne Rooney? I don't know why he criticizes me so much. Probably because he ended his career, while I am still at the highest level. If I had to say, I look better than him."
About the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson and the current situation at "Man Utd": "I don't know what happened after Sir Alex Ferguson retired. The club did not progress. Zero progress. During the interview, Cristiano Ronaldo also revealed that his 3-month-old daughter was hospitalized in July, which caused him to miss part of the pre-season. According to the Portuguese, he was hurt because "Man Utd" management doubted him.
