During Sunday's evening "Carabao" Cup final match, "Manchester United" defeated "Newcastle" with a score of 2:0.
The first goal of the match came in the 33rd minute. After Luke Shaw's pass from a set piece, Casemiro headed the ball into the net.
The "Red Devils" doubled their lead just 6 minutes later. A shot from Marcus Rashford deflected off "Magpies" defender Sven Botman and went into his own goal.
In the second half of the match, "Newcastle" players could not find the strength to come back into the game and had to admit a painful defeat.
This is the first trophy after almost a decade-long break. Under the guidance of Erik ten Hag, his players are still competing for the Europa League, FA Cup, and Premier League titles this season.
