"Squawka" compiled a list of the fastest players in the UEFA Champions League last season. Surprisingly, in the first place was Liverpool's center-back Virgil van Dijk. He reached a speed of 34.5 km/h in the match against Barcelona. Slightly behind him were representatives of Manchester City - Leroy Sané (34.4 km/h) and Kyle Walker (34.2 km/h). Some unexpected names also made it to the list of fastest players, one of them being Sergio Busquets, who ran at a speed of 33.3 km/h along with nine other players. The list also includes Gareth Bale, who reached a speed of 33.8 km/h in the match against Roma. The full list:
