"Leeds United" forward Raphinha could start the next season at one of the North London clubs. Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that "Tottenham" has informed "Leeds" of their desire to make an offer. Meanwhile, "Arsenal" has already made their first offer which was rejected, according to "The Athletic" journalist David Ornstein. The first "Spurs" offer will be solid and will amount to 60 million pounds including bonuses, but Raphinha himself has not expressed a desire to represent any of these teams. His priority remains "Barca." "Chelsea" is also interested in the forward, but they haven't made an offer yet. "Tottenham" is also considering Richarlison as an option. The situation is leaning towards whichever club submits the first offer that meets "Leeds United's" expectations, will have Raphinha representing their colors next season. The 25-year-old Brazilian scored 11 goals and made 3 assists in the last "Premier League" season."
