This week, four matches drew the Lithuanian youth football community closer to the semi-finals of the Baltic League tournament.
BYFL U16: "Žalgiris" and Klaipėdos FM will have to overturn the goal deficit on their away trips
On Tuesday, the U16 teams of "Žalgiris" and "Super Nova" stepped onto the field. Despite winter-like conditions in Vilnius, the players managed to entertain the spectators with goals, but the visitors from Latvia scored more - 1:2.
SK "Super Nova" made better use of their chances, with Robertas Kukulis scoring a brace in the 58th and 80th minutes. The Žalgiris team concluded their attack in the 88th minute with a goal by Igno Germano as they prepare for the return leg in Riga.

On Saturday, Klaipėdos FM hosted their peers from "BE1 NFA" at their stadium. Just like last year, the clash between these teams in the quarterfinals was highly contested, but this time the Kaunas representatives managed to secure revenge - 1:2.
Vilius Kondrotas put "BE1 NFA" ahead in the 48th minute, but Jokūbas Norkus equalized after ten minutes. The victory for the Kaunas team was sealed with Rapolas Jasulevičius' goal in the 75th minute.

On Wednesday, the U15 teams competed in Vilnius and Riga. The Baltic FA trainees faced their peers from "BE1 NFA." The Kaunas team managed to convert their chances into two victorious goals - scored by Tomas Gudaitis in the 17th minute and Tomas Gutauskas in the 64th minute.
